Gwelup Alfresco Project

The clients of this lovely Gwelup home love entertaining outside, but their existing alfresco was just too small and needed a re-vamp.

Hallmarks draftsman designed an extension to the existing alfresco, that could accommodate a large chef style barbecue area compromising of large stainless steel BBQ with range hood, pizza oven, sink and bar fridge.

New rendered brickwork and colour bond roof formed the structure while Batu decking was used for the floor and cedar lining with down lights, speakers and a fan were used in the ceiling.

New brick planters were constructed and synthetic grass replaced the old “too hard to look after lawn”. Wood look aluminium gates were added to screen off the drying area, and granite look paving was laid to finish off the area.

The existing water feature was stripped back and re-furbished to add the finishing touches to this lovely entertaining area.
